WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in New York. If your order cannot be shipped out within 2 days, we will contact you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada. We hope to add international shipping in the near future.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? Once your order is submitted, we immediately start the packing and shipping process. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us asap at email@example.com or call us at 212-679-3990 and we will see if can accommodate the change.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212-679-3990 with your order number to receive your return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED? Although rare, if your item is defective, please email us at email@example.com or call 212-679-3990 within 5 days of delivery. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW PRODUCT? Remove any dirt/mud/salt with a brush or damp rag. Wait until dry. You may also apply a leather cleaner and leather conditioner. Please test on a small section of your bag. Do not submerge any leather products in water. This may cause the colors to run. When not in use, please store your bag in a white pillow case and keep in a dry place.
WHAT IS RFID BLOCKING? Products marked with RFID blocking, contain a lining that will block skimming devices from finding and accessing data stored in the RFID chips found in your credit cards and passports.
WHAT IS TOUCH SCREEN FRIENDLY MESH? You can use your phone or smart device without taking it out of your bag/wallet/wristlet under our touch screen friendly mesh. Please note that this material does not work with facial recognition and cellphone settings may need to be modified if you have a home screen on your phone.
ARE YOUR GLOVES TOUCH SCREEN FRIENDLY? Some of our gloves are touch screen friendly. The description for each item will indicate whether it is touch screen friendly. With our touch screen friendly leather gloves, your hands will stay warm while you use your smart device.
