Almost perfect
"The card case to hold credit cards is in the outside pocket, which is the most vulnerable to theft. That was a mistake. It should be inside, where it is protected from theft. I carry my credit carads in a little wallet inside the big cavity, and I don’t use the credit card pockets in the outside pocket. Other than than, I think the backpack is comfortable and classy and just big enough for umbrella, water bottle, glasses case, etc. all at once!! Improvements suggested: key chain for easy grabbing of keys, credit card pocket on the INSIDE cavity, outside pocket should be designed to hold a cell phone, and then you might be close to getting it perfect. As it is, if is more than good enough to use; classy; well made. Only a few design changes recommended. I’m happy with it."
